Carla

Carla Corley, Managing Partner, has 19 years of working in the consulting, finance and manufacturing industries. She helped spearhead the international expansion of a multi-million dollar logistics company into Europe, Asia-Pacific, South America and Mexico and established and standardized practices for several other offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, and the UK.

Prior to that, Carla served several years as a Manager in the Business Consulting practice of Grant Thornton. In this role, she worked with mid-sized companies helping them with business processes and system-wide ERP implementations, utilizing past experience in finance and manufacturing companies. Previous companies also include LXE (an Electromagnetic Science Company) and Newell Rubbermaid.

She is very active in the Atlanta community, serving on the boards of several business related organizations.

Carla holds a Masters Degree from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN as well as a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.

Susan

Susan Caldwell, Senior Partner of Recruiting Services, holds credentials as a National Certified Personnel Consultant and a National Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist.

 In her 30+ years in the technology industry, Susan has held customer service focused positions with some of the largest corporations in America including Data General, DGC – Atlanta, Compaq, Hilton and Oracle.

She is on the board of the Memphis Chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and is affiliated with the Atlanta Chapter. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Memphis Regional Chamber Technology Council, and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Patricia Opperman, Director of Human Resource Consulting, has 18 years of experience in Human Resources with both Fortune 500 and smaller companies.

She has broad-based experience in strategic staffing, performance and succession management, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, policy initiation and administration change management and employee training. Patricia holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from The University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. She has been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and has held their Professional in HR certification since 1990. She has also been a member of World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association) since 1992 and has held their Certified Benefits Professional designation since 2007.

Sara

Sara Agee, Recruiting Consultant, has spent her last two years in Recruiting, the majority of which is in recruiting and sourcing for some of the world’s most prominent Manufacturing Companies, including major Automotive Enterprises in the Southeast. She is experienced in finding and engaging top talent, from CEO to Entry-level, in Engineering, Production, Public Relations, Finance/Accounting, and more. She has rapidly risen in her career, due to her unique ability to network with others. Currently, she focuses on Oracle ERP positions across the nation.

 In her spare time, she is actively involved in the entertainment event industry in Atlanta, serving on the Atlantis Music Conference and Festival staff since 2005.

Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Marketing with a Minor in Information Systems Management and is a Microsoft Certified Specialist. She was actively involved with WEGL 91.1 FM and UPC while attending college. War Eagle!

Kalin

Kalin

J.Kalin Kennison, Senior Consultant, has 12 years of experience in consulting and sales with both major international corporations and small businesses. She will celebrate her one-year anniversary with Corner Office Consultants in October.

 For seven years, she has been co-owner of an online Writer’s Guild and participates regularly in online community writing events. Kalin has been doing freelance Web and Graphic Design for an online directory and referral service for two years.

Currently, she is a Junior at the University of Capella, majoring in Web Application Development.

In December of 2005, Kalin welcomed her fourth child into the world. She is very busy!
